Terms of service
Last updated October 30, 2026
These terms are between you (the shop that installs FloristPilot) and Dopamine Flowers LLC, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to them.
The service
FloristPilot adds delivery dates, an order board, a staff app, routes, messages and related tools to your Shopify store. Features depend on your plan. We may improve or change features; if we remove something you pay for, we will tell you in the app first.
Plans, trial and billing
- Plans are billed by Shopify, on your Shopify invoice, and shown on the app’s Plans page.
- New shops get a free trial. If you uninstall during the trial, you are not charged.
- Add-ons with their own costs (for example texts and calls, or AI use above the plan’s allowance) are shown before you turn them on.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time by uninstalling or picking another plan; Shopify handles refunds under its own rules.
Your account and your staff
You are responsible for who you invite to your team and what they do in the app. Remove people who should no longer have access.
Acceptable use
- Use FloristPilot only for your own flower shop and lawful purposes.
- Do not use it to send spam, to harass anyone, or to break the law.
- Do not try to access other shops’ data or to break, overload or copy the service.
Texts, calls and email
If you use the business phone number or marketing features, you are responsible for having your customers’ permission and following the rules that apply (such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and US carrier rules for business texting). The app helps: it handles STOP and HELP replies, adds unsubscribe links and asks for consent where needed.
Your data
Your store data stays yours. We use it only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum. When you uninstall, we delete it as described there.
Third-party services
Some features connect to other companies (Shopify, Twilio, Stripe, Uber Direct, and others). Their own terms apply to those services, and we are not responsible for them.
No warranty
We work hard to keep FloristPilot reliable, but the service is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost orders), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where we reasonably can.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA. Courts in Honolulu, Hawaii, have jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here; important changes are announced in the app. Questions: hello@floristpilot.com.
