We built it for our own shop in Honolulu.

FloristPilot started as the tools we made for Dopamine Flowers, our flower shop in Honolulu. Every button in it exists because something went wrong on a busy day: a card message on a lost sticky note, a driver who couldn’t find the house, a phone that wouldn’t stop ringing while our hands were full of stems.

We use it every day to take orders, make them, deliver them and answer our customers. It worked for us, so now we’re opening it to other independent florists on Shopify.

Does it work with my theme?

Yes. It works with any Online Store 2.0 theme, which covers Shopify’s current free themes. You add the date picker and the add-ons as blocks in Shopify’s theme editor. No code, and no developer.

Do I need an iPhone?

No. Everything works in a web browser on any phone or computer. The iPhone app makes the day faster: instant alerts, the route map for drivers, and the camera for “Ready” and delivery photos.

What about text message costs?

Plus includes 500 texts a month and Autopilot includes 1,500. After that, each text is $0.03, and extra texts never cost more than $50 in a month. No surprise bills.

Basic doesn’t include a shop number for texting. New-order alerts on Basic come as push and Telegram notifications.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from your Shopify admin. There is no contract. If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you pay nothing.

Is my data safe?

Your orders and customers stay in your Shopify. FloristPilot asks only for the permissions its features need, and every connection is encrypted. We don’t sell your data or your customers’ data.

If you remove the app, your shop’s data is deleted, following Shopify’s privacy rules.

Is there an Android app?

It’s coming later. Today, the web version works on any phone, Android included, so drivers and florists on Android can use FloristPilot right now.
